(Make your answer long and coherent)[/color][/b][b][color=#000000]have lots of past experience with being staff as I have been staff in a community called GTR life is was very popular in the Altis community 2 years ago and I definitely know how to deal with situations from compensation to banning someone. In the past I have used many tolls such as Hiedi SQL and Rcon. So being staff is no big step for me I also love helping those staff members that might not have best experience with being staff on other communities I'm also a very friendly person so making friends is no problem. As of now I'm fully aware of what I need to in order to help my fellow community members! In conclusion I'm very comfortable with using such staff tools around our Staff Team at CZG. Also I was a part of the staff team on ALRP and senior Tech Support.[/color][/b] [b][color=#000000]I want to join[/color][/b] [b][color=#000000]I want to become staff on I want to become staff on CZG for a couple of reasons ,my first reason is that I love to meet and make new friends around communities like this one. I'm a friendly guy so arguing and disrespecting my fellow higher ups is not something that I am willing to do around here. On the mature factor I fell like there are times to be having fun and times that you as a staff member need to take seriously I take lots of time and passion in what I do so helping others will be the utmost of importance to me as a fellow staff member at CZG. Also I would love to be there to pitch new ideas to our lovely developers at CZG of course on when needed. Like I have said before being disrespectful is not a option for me.Also I'm very active so being active is no problem also I can be there to help the members that live in North America when our fellow UK Staff are not on the server. Being staff means that you have to have pride in what you do and I'm the kind that likes to slack off and completely ignore my cases and our community members.
